27. Raspberry ice creams

Today i want to share you with my family recipe for raspberry ice creams <3

So all you need is :

• 60 g meringues
• 400 g frozen raspberries
• 500 g heavy cream
• 30 g sugar
• 2 vanilla sugar

Whip heavy crea with sugar. Add crushed meringues and raspberries. 

Gently mix. Put into the freezer.

And done !!!
